Last Sunday was a very good day for me. I woke up at 4:30 am and then I fixed myself. My mom and I left our house at 6 am then we arrived at Muntinlupa National High School at 7. MNHS was located in the inner part of Muntinlupa. When I got at the testing room, I saw the proctor checking the test permits of those who were on the line so I joined the line too. In less than five minutes, we entered the room and then we started with the test. The examiner was not strict. And also, the examiner looked like Dr. Prisco Nilo. Heehee. He didn`t confiscate the gadgets so the others used their phones and music players. Just like the UPCAT, we filled-up a personal info sheet. And one question that struck me there was the last question: “Have you taken the UPCAT?” I shaded the circle with a YES answer. =)) It made me smile big time! The thing on my mind was like, “This was exactly the conclusion I had blogged! The DOST test really affects the UPCAT results or it might be VICE VERSA. I hope they would consider non-scientific course too. Hahahaha!” After that, our first test was speed test. It was really easy … IF THERE`S NO TIME LIMIT but unfortunately, I`m unsure of some on my answers on that part because I was really pressured with the time. The next test was science and just like the other tests that I took, (UPCAT and NCAE) it was really hard too. What should I expect? It`s Department of SCIENCE and Technology test! Haha! The math test was easier than I expected yet I`m not confident with my answers. =)) Then the second to the last test was linguistics. It was trouble-free. Heehee. The last test was personality test. It was like a psychological test. We finished at 11 am and I went to southmall to spend the rest of the day with my family. BTW, the examiner said that the passers will just receive a mail some time in April otherwise, those who wouldn`t pass wouldn`t receive any letter. I can also check it at the SEI`s website. I`m hoping for the best. AND…UPCAT results is just 2 months away. Yeay! I`m so excited.
Yesterday, we had a semi-retreat together with other schools at our nearby church. What we did was we shared our personal life with each other. There were 3 priests who facilitated the event. There were also other speakers: Tito Ching and Tita Tess who shared their love story; soon-to-be-priest Bro. Mark Reyes who studied and taught Theology in Ateneo. He said that he once failed a GMA-7 actress but he didn`t give the name. haha! and there was also this De La Salle Zobel guy teacher (he graduated from UPD) who gave me goosebumps when he said that her sister is Bernadette Reyes who is currently working as a reporter in GMA. There were some more others but I forgot their name. It was a fun day actually. I also love the last part where we are asked to see visual presentations, including this love letter from God which struck me:
And before I forgot, I saw my childhood schoolmate, Patricia Villegas. I was really impressed because she`s now a President of their Supreme Student Council. She shared that she was consistent on their top 5. Knowing that she`s studying in a public school, I know it`s hard to perform that well because there are a lot of students competing. We have same plans in life. She took the UPCAT too and her first choice was Broadcast Communication in UPD. But her second campus choice was Baguio. Well, if ever, I know that I have a soon-to-be-companion in UPD. Heehee.

“For once, for once, for once, I get the feeling that I'm right where I belong .”
- Fun.
This blog was created August of 2008. Putting up an account here wasn't really on my plans. It's just that I was so crazy about Chris Tiu before and he runs a blog so I thought of creating my own as well. Years have passed, and I have grown yet I still keep my personal stuff here. Yes, things may change but one thing's for sure -- I will continue running this blog as long as I can.
