Aww. Another entry after such a long time, huh? :)) This may set off too long, so get ready.

First thingy... Since everybody’s going curious about that absurd misunderstanding of ‘ate henna’ and ‘kuya mat’, I better extract it off. Just a couple of weeks ago, our school’s varsity players for volleyball had a tune-up. Kuya mat was part of the coaching staff [yes, he’s totally good at sports! bet you.:)] so he’s supposed to be there. My bff, Andrea and I decided to watch the practice. When we got there, [that was in the afternoon] I saw kuya mat in the court. After about 30 minutes, they had a break. My other bff’s, sharla and jane [who were part of the team] went to the bench we’re sitting on and we were so boisterous. We had a little talk about the guys we’re linked to. Since Andrea’s ex-boyfriend was there, we made some teasing stuffs to them. Sharla, my bextsie and my rival for kuya mat’s heart was quite and hot-headed that time because she had an argument with kuya mat about confidential stuff, about 2 days ago before the tune-up. Then suddenly, kuya mat went to us then he said to sharla “pwedeng pahawak ng phone ko?”, then sharla took charge of the phone even though she’s angry at him. Then kuya mat went again to the court. My heart splits into two. T.T There I got so irritated with the thing he did. He didn’t even mind to greet me. Err. “hi’s and hellos” weren’t present at all. So after their break, my bffs played again. I decided to invite Andrea to our former classmate since their house is maybe just 100 steps from the court. Haha.

When we got to Ellaine’s house, she accommodated us with some snacks and talks about school, love, wu chun [Ellaine, you better read this post!:)] and everything we haven’t talked for a long time. After 1 hour, kuya mat texted me “San kayo nagpunta?”, I was really touched with his utmost concerned that time. But to take advantage of the situation, I replied “Dito po sa former classmate ko, umalis na po kami diyan kasi hindi mo naman ako pinapansin ee.T.T ” Then he replied “ah, masama na talaga ako.” I didn’t reply anymore. After an hour of talks with Ellaine, we sealed our mini get-together with a group hug. It may take a while again before we’ll meet due to busy schedules. While walking, a quote pops out into my mind… “kailangan pala mawala ka muna bago ka mapansin.” Then, Andrea and I come out with the idea, “i-gm kaya natin ‘to?” And so, we sent a group message regarding that quote. Kuya mat, all of a sudden replied to andrea, “sige na, masama na talaga ako.”

I got scared. I was very worried upon entering the court since I doubt if kuya mat got angry with that ‘parinig’ quote that I constructed. Andrea and I sat again and we’re planning to talk to kuya mat since he’s resting in another bench also. I was hesitated to approach him because of the little damage that I’ve done. But, suddenly, Andrea pull my hands off and we’d finally approached kuya mat. I don’t know what to say next so Andrea started the talking. “kuya mat, galit ka sa ‘men?” he replied “hindi talaga.” I said “’yung totoo!” “paninidigan ko na masama na ako.”, he said. Before getting out of the bench he left his phone beside me. Then he said “ate henna, pahawak muna ng phone ko, ahh.” Then I got his phone. After taking hold with it, I returned it to him after the tune-up. It was 5:30 that time that everybody packed-up and left the court.

While we’re walking, I felt the urge to text him again, to make sure that he isn’t angry with us. But the weird thing is he isn’t replying. I’ve sent a lot of text, but I haven’t got any in return. I become worried. When I got home, I shared this matter with my bffs, since they all planned to have a sleep-over in our classmate’s house just a few blocks away from ours. I also shared this thing with my big sis, ate poleng, mara and my friend-teacher.:) I’d still remember the message my teacher had sent me “mommy, ginupit ko na po ‘yung sim card ko.T.T”—text ng kuya mat mo. Kuya mat called her mommy, since they treated their selves as mother and son. I really cried. I felt guilty cause I think, I was the reason why he did that. But my teacher texted me “Don’t worry, kakausapin ko ‘yun sa Monday. Wag kang ma-guilty.” Quite relieved. Somehow.

Then, that Monday, Kuya mat waited for my dismissal and after which, we had that talked and we fixed everything up.:) The next stuff I’m going to say is this eerie thing I’ve done these past days. Well, it’s just about editing my long-ago pictures of me cheering for La Salle.

Haha. I had written some statements on the pictures. Haha. It’s for fun.:) ‘til my next entry.

PS. i was so happy that chris tiu had posted another entry after a long break.:)
